Consultation enquiries (stored in our enquiries database table): full name, email address, phone number (optional), topic of concern, and submission date.
Orders and delivery addresses (stored in our orders database table): plan purchased, customer email, full name, street address, city, postcode, country, and order date.
Course waitlist (stored in our course_waitlist database table): email address and sign-up date.
Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Please review Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

3. How we use your data

To respond to consultation requests and follow up with potential patients.
To fulfil orders and send treatment plan documentation.
To notify course waitlist subscribers when courses launch.
To send transactional emails (order confirmation, booking links) via Resend.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We process your data on the following legal bases:

Contractual necessity: to fulfil your order and deliver your treatment plan.
Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries and communicate with potential patients.
Consent: for the course waitlist, you have explicitly opted in.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, and in any case no longer than 14 years, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
