Because each treatment plan is prepared personally for your case, our refund policy reflects the stage at which the work has been completed.
You are eligible for a full refund if your request is made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled Zoom consultation. Refunds cannot be issued after this period.
Once your opening consultation has taken place, or within the 48-hour window before it, refunds are no longer available. The consultation represents the beginning of your personalised clinical work — from this point, your case has been assessed and your treatment protocol is being prepared specifically for you.
Consultation sessions are non-refundable. We recommend ensuring you are ready to begin before booking your opening call.
The Acute Homeopathy E-Book is a digital product. Due to its nature, refunds are not available once the file has been delivered to your email address.
To request a refund, please contact us at info@ciioh.com within 14 days of your purchase, with your order details. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
If you are a consumer located in the EU, you have certain rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible purchases. Please note the following exceptions that apply to our services:
Treatment programmes: The right of withdrawal expires 48 hours before your scheduled opening Zoom consultation, or once the consultation has taken place, whichever is earlier. By booking your opening consultation, you acknowledge that a cancellation requested within 48 hours of the scheduled time cannot be refunded. If your request is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation and within 14 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
E-books and digital courses: Digital content — including our e-books and online courses — is exempt from the right of withdrawal once it has been accessed or downloaded. By accessing or downloading the content, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. If you have purchased digital content but have not yet accessed or downloaded it, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase.
