Homeopathy is a system of complementary medicine. Our practitioners are trained and certified homeopaths — they are not medical doctors and do not hold medical degrees. By purchasing any service from us, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Please read our full Medical Disclaimer before purchasing.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crookston International Institute of Homeopathy, its practitioners, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, harm, injury, or damages of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of our services, your health decisions made in connection with our services, or any failure of treatment to produce expected results.
By purchasing a treatment plan, you agree to receive a series of automated follow-up emails related to your treatment. These include check-in emails sent during your programme, a reminder to book your opening consultation if you have not yet done so, and information about renewal and upgrade options towards the end of your programme. These emails are part of the service you have purchased and are necessary for its delivery.
You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every automated email. Please note that unsubscribing will stop all future automated emails, including check-ins and reminders that form part of your care.
Treatment plans include physical homeopathic remedies delivered by post to the address you provide. We dispatch all orders promptly once your opening consultation has taken place and your treatment protocol has been prepared.
Once your order has been handed to the postal or courier service, delivery is outside of our control. We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damage caused by the postal service or courier. If your parcel is lost or delayed, you should contact the relevant postal service directly.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you.
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are purchasing on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.
In the course of providing our services, we may collect and process information about your health. This is necessary to deliver personalised homeopathic care. By purchasing a treatment plan, you consent to the collection and processing of this information as described in our Privacy Policy. All health information is treated with the highest standards of confidentiality.
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness of the practitioner, technical failures, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative appointment or, where appropriate, offer a refund.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance at info@ciioh.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
If you are an EU consumer and we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you have the right to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These terms are governed by the laws of Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Czech Republic.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date above.
