For families who have tried everything — and for those who are only just beginning to look — the Crookston International Institute of Homeopathy offers a path that works with the body rather than against it.
Conventional approaches to chronic conditions often focus on managing what is visible — the symptoms, the behaviours, the flare-ups. This brings relief, but rarely resolution. The underlying pattern remains.
Homeopathy works differently. Rather than suppressing what the body is expressing, it asks why the body is expressing it. Each symptom is understood as part of a larger picture — physical, emotional, and mental — and treatment is directed at that picture as a whole.
For children and adults living with chronic conditions, this distinction matters enormously. It is the difference between managing a condition indefinitely and supporting the body to find its way back to balance.
Most homeopathic practice draws on a limited set of well-known remedies. The Opelka Method goes significantly further.
Where standard homeopathy typically works with a small number of plant-based remedies, the Opelka Method draws on over 150 specialised substances — including salts, iron compounds, kali preparations, and other categories rarely used in conventional practice.
Remedies are not applied individually. They are combined in precisely selected pairs or triplets, chosen to address the specific nature and depth of each patient’s condition.
The selected combinations are prepared in water dilutions, enabling them to address not only physical symptoms but the emotional and mental dimensions of the condition simultaneously.
Remedies are administered in a sequence that reflects the chronological progression of the condition — a principle our practitioners consider essential to achieving lasting, meaningful outcomes.
“For many of the families we work with, this is not the first thing they have tried. We understand what it means to still be looking — and we take that trust seriously.”
Before any remedy is selected, we build a complete understanding of your case — the history of the condition, its progression over time, and the physical, emotional, and mental patterns that accompany it. Nothing is irrelevant.
No two patients receive the same treatment. Your remedy protocol is selected, combined, and sequenced specifically for your case, based on everything gathered in your opening consultation.
Treatment is not a handover. Your closing consultation gives us the opportunity to review what changed and guide what comes next. For Guided and Specialised patients, support is available throughout the cycle.

Homeopathy is only as good as the practitioner applying it. The Opelka Method in particular demands deep knowledge, careful case-taking, and years of clinical experience to apply with precision. Our team brings all of this — and a genuine commitment to the families and patients who place their trust in us.
Homeopathy is a gentle, natural system of medicine that stimulates the body’s own ability to heal. It works on the principle of supporting balance in the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of a patient, rather than just suppressing symptoms.
Unlike conventional medicine, homeopathy focuses on the whole person — body, mind, and spirit — and aims to address the root causes of imbalance rather than just temporary symptoms.
Yes. Homeopathic remedies are highly diluted, gentle, and safe for children of all ages when administered according to instructions.
Yes. Homeopathy can be used alongside conventional therapies, but it is important to inform your healthcare providers and follow the recommended guidelines.
Our treatments support children with chronic conditions — including developmental and behavioural challenges, allergies, skin conditions, and anxiety — as well as adults with longstanding chronic conditions and women’s hormonal health concerns.
Each standard treatment cycle lasts approximately four months, with a structured plan for administration, observation, and follow-up.
If a dose is missed, simply continue with the next scheduled dose. Avoid doubling up unless specifically instructed by your homeopath.
Reactions are often mild and indicate that the body is responding. Physical reactions may include tiredness, headaches, or rashes, while emotional reactions can include mood changes, irritability, or vivid dreams.
We provide a reaction tracking sheet with every plan. Recording daily observations helps us guide your next treatment step, and your closing consultation is the right time to review everything you have noted.
Note all details in your reaction log. If you are on the Specialised Programme, contact us directly via chat. For Basic and Guided patients, additional 30-minute consultations are available to purchase.
All treatment plans are delivered directly to your home. Your remedies are prepared after your opening Zoom consultation and shipped to your address.
Each package includes your full four-month remedy protocol, access to instruction video, a written e-book guide, and a reaction tracking sheet. Guided and Specialised plans include community access; Specialised plans include direct chat support and a mid-treatment Zoom consultation.
Store in a safe, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once you prepare a dilution, store it in the refrigerator.
Direct chat support with your homeopath is available exclusively to patients on the Specialised Programme, via WhatsApp. Messages sent Monday to Friday will receive a response within 24 hours. Weekend messages will be answered on the next working day.
Available to Guided and Specialised patients. It is a space where families going through the same treatment process can share experiences, observations, and encouragement. It is peer-led, not a substitute for clinical support.
Your closing consultation is the right time to discuss this. Your homeopath will review your tracked reactions and guide you on whether and when to begin a continuation cycle.
Yes. After completing a treatment cycle, continuation cycles can be purchased. Patients on all plans receive a discount on follow-up cycles — 5% on Basic, 7% on Guided, and 10% on Specialised.
Please contact us directly to discuss special arrangements for families treating more than one child.
Every patient is unique. Some families notice changes within the first weeks, while full effects may take several months and more than one treatment cycle.
Yes. While our primary specialism is children with chronic conditions, we treat adults with chronic conditions and women’s hormonal health concerns. All treatment plans are available to adult patients.
